CityParking is a local woman-owned business and is managed by two of Richmond’s experts in downtown commercial parking: Dave Sharrar as Chief Operating Officer and David J. Sharrar as Vice President of Operations and Customer Services.  With 35 years combined experience in working with Richmond parking since 1987, this father-son team delivers parking management solutions and customer services with energy and personalized attention.

CityParking’s core management team includes women professionals who are part of Richmond’s corporate community and neighborhoods. They are experienced in technology, data processing, accounting, marketing, and operations management.  They bring diverse perspectives on parking solutions and share a common belief about parking for Richmond’s downtown workers ---- that they deserve to have a parking experience that is positive, friendly, and supportive toward their needs.
